We would love to say we’re a bunch of mis-fits, but we’re all quite similar really. It’s not been consciously intentional, but it’s happened. We acknowledge there is not enough diversity in our team and it’s something we’re trying very hard to address. We all share the same 3 core values; honesty, transparency and humility. And maybe great banter as a 4th. Have good banter, that’s part of it.
